I have a fender vent louver trim piece from a 1974 Cutlass. Chrome if fair to good (driver quality), all studs are good and they come with backing nuts. Has a good tint to it, unsure if this is factory or not. Has chrome underneath. Car was all gold, factory color I am told. Needs cleaned up but good to go.
